Flow Stretch offers an integrative, results-driven approach to bodywork designed to support pain relief, improve mobility, and enhance overall physical function. From adolescents to older adults, and from everyday discomfort to conditions such as sciatica and fibromyalgia, this work is designed to support a wide range of needs, backgrounds, and life stages. By combining orthopedic massage, corrective exercise principles, and manual therapy, each session is focused on addressing both immediate discomfort and the underlying structural imbalances that contribute to it.
 
This method takes a personalized and collaborative approach, with sessions tailored to individual needs and goals. With an emphasis on joint mobility, posture, and anatomical function, clients are supported in building greater body awareness, reducing pain, and creating sustainable improvements in strength, alignment, and movement.

We know booking a class can be a little tricky. That’s why we put together these answers to help you navigate. From class schedules to what to wear, we aim to make it easy for you. If you have a question that’s not on here, feel free to reach out anytime!

Comfortable workout clothes are best! Choose something that allows you to move freely. Don’t forget a water bottle, and wear shoes suited for dance or fitness activities.

Booking a class is super easy! Just head over to our schedule page, find the class you want, and click the ‘Book Now’ button. Follow the prompts to secure your spot!

If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can manage your bookings through your account or contact us for assistance.

Absolutely! We welcome everyone, from beginners to advanced dancers. Our instructors tailor classes to accommodate all skill levels. Come join the fun!

Most of our classes last about an hour. This gives you plenty of time to warm up, learn new moves, and cool down. Check the schedule for specific class durations!
